Añejo induces Suro, Piñera and Elisa. They are rested patiently for 5 to 7 years in proprietary oak barrels. This process ensures that no unwanted flavors are introduced to the pure spirit, other than the sublime combination of 7-12 year old Blue Agave and 75 year old Ozark Oak.

You will notice subtle presence of herbs and spices with a hint of floral accents. Stray notes of fruit, especially apricot and citrus will be noticed on the palette. A well-balanced Extra Añejo with a velvety texture and intense reddish copper tones, it is best enjoyed in a Glencairn glass; the tapered mouth allows the nuances of this extraordinary Extra Añejo to truly come through. Extra Añejo Piñera

We are pleased to announce a limited edition 7-year-old premium tequila, Siembra Azul Piñera Extra Añejo. While resting in virgin French oak casks – to insure purity of the spirit – it has acquired a vivid amber color, with peach highlights.

The nose is sweet and spicy, with a hint of sauternes. The palette is alive with apricot, prune, cantaloupe, butterscotch, almond and orange peel. We invite you to enjoy this complex extra añejo.

Extra Añejo Elisa

Siembra Azul Elisa is a single barrel, barrel proof Extra Añejo that has been aged in American Oak barrels for over 5 years. Bottled straight from the barrels, tasting profiles, as well as alcohol content vary from barrel to barrel, with notes of honey, spice and fruit as a constant.

The master distiller samples and selects specific barrels to be designated as Elisa. The final product is a fine combination of agave, wood and insight. With this mature, complex spirit we toast to new traditions.
